Huangyao Ancient Town is situated at northeast of Zhaoping County in Hezhou of Guangxi Province and at the downstream of the Li River. Since most of the people's family name in the town is Huang or Yao, so it was named Huangyao Town. It is famous for its enormous water-eroded cave, booths and pavilions, ancestral temples, ancient trees and couplets and plaques, enjoying the fame as 'Home of Poem'.
