Located at the western end of the Gansu Corridor, Dunhuang is an ancient historical city, famed as the 'center of the Buddhist art', 'desert oasis', and 'western pearl' of China. It has a number of cultural and historical sites such as the Mogao Caves, Yumenguan Pass and Dunhuang Murals. Dunhuang is natural basin surrounded by the Qilian Mountain, San Wei Mountain and Beisai Mountain on three sides, where is full of aroma of melons and fruits and magic desert wonders.
