Located in the northeast of the Old Town of Shanghai, Yuyuan Garden is believed to have been built in the Ming Dynasty, more than 400 years ago. It was originally a private garden of a Pan family, taking up an area of 5 acres. There are artificial hills, towers, pavilions, ancient platforms, and pools in the garden, most of the buildings were finely designed and delicately distributed.
